Additional Qualification:

Professional Certified course in Wireless Maintenance Technology: TCWMP I have completed the TCWMP “Teleman Certified Wireless Maintenance Professional Program” from ‘TELEMAN’ Institute of Wireless Technology of 200 Hrs duration. Project Details:

Design Optimization of Segmented-channel MOSFET using Sio2 Trench Isolation (PG -Main) This project is based on simulation of a new semiconductor device called SegFET which combines the advantages of thin body MOSFET and conventional MOSFET. A Novel design of High Speed Adders Using QSD Number System(PG- Mini) It is an arithmetic circuit that has the advantage of constant addition time irrespective of word length. QSD number representation allows a method of fast addition/subtraction because the carry propagation chains are eliminated and hence it reduces the propagation time. The design was coded using the VHDL and synthesized in Xilinx ISE 14. High Speed Vedic Multiplier (PG - Mini)

This is a fast method for multiplication based on ancient Indian Vedic mathematics. An Efficient Baugh-Wooley Multiplier (PG - Mini)

In this project, designed an efficient high speed multiplier based on the shift and adds algorithm using VHDL language and synthesized the design in Xilinx. Train Disaster Detection System (UG - Main)

The system was designed using the microcontroller 16F877A. Train disasters like accident, fire or gas leakage can be detected and sent an alarm messages to the control room and locate the position of disaster using GPS Technology. The project was carried under the guidance of Southern Railway, Thycaud. Thiruvananthapuram. Watchman Watcher Circuit (UG - Mini)

In this project an analog circuit was designed that can be used in homes or shops for checking the alertness of the watchmen in doing his duty efficiently. Seminar Details:

HALO Network

High Altitude Long Operation Network – network for future which combines advantages of terrestrial and satellite network.
