Experimental study on properties of granite waste in

Self compacting high performance concrete beams M-60 grade.

DESCRIPTION:

The main object of this study utilizes the granite waste in self-compacting concrete. The effect of using granite power and granular as constituents of fines in mortar or concrete by partially reducing quantities of cement as well as other conventional fines in self compacting concrete. The mixture are prepared based upon cement and sand substitution by the granite waste and their properties are evaluate both in fresh state and in hardened state of self-compacting concrete.

The possibility of using granite power as replacement of sand and partial replacement of cement with fly ash, silica fume, slag and superplasticiser in concrete.

TRAINING / INDUSTRY EXPOSURE:

1.30 Days training at Tripura Housing Board.

2.1 Day Industrial Visit to Poondi reservoir.
