To prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports and submit to the management.

Assembly/sub assembly of respective structural parts and erection the same for saving time & cost.

Scheduling for the P&M Equipment’s and reviews the utilization of the same.

ASSIGNING AS A EQUIPMENT ENGG

Interpret the mechanical design & Engineering of the equipment and list out the materials.

Transport all equipment’s to site, site storage, assembly/sub assembly of the equipment and install and alignment the same as per drawing requirement.

As equipment engineer Completed the installation and alignment of total Technological structure within the stringent target & commissioning of the same.

Commissioning of the installed equipment’s and ensures the equipment meets the technical requirements.

To prepare the documents of Equipment install and alignment protocol, Testing & Commissioning protocol including client certification as per the PQP format.

Completed client certification for all erection and aligned, installed and commissioned activities without delay and claim by monthly in client invoicing

ASSIGNING AS A O&M ENGG

Ensure the smooth operation of machine and equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements of drawing, operation manuals, manufacturer’s instruction and engineering specification.

Preventive maintenance of the Conveyor and equipment’s based on the scheduled inspection periodically and fixed interval.

Corrective maintenance for the unscheduled breakdowns and emergency repairs, assessing required maintenance tools and analysis the respective equipment failure.

Estimation of maintenance time and costs & evaluation of the alternatives and forecasting of spare parts.

As O&M engineer responsible for eliminate the breakdown by frequent monitoring and performance reviewing of the equipment and execute the prepared periodic preventive maintenance schedule.

Maintained documents of client certified periodic maintenance protocol, equipment installation and re-installation, site modification, maintenance activity log, troubleshooting procedures as per PQP format.

Developed various categories person by assigning & attaching to the high skilled team till examine & certifying by competent persons or authorities in the relevant area like operator, fitter, route man etc
