Description:

MasterCard Worldwide is an American Multinational financial Services Company. The Principal Business of MasterCard is to process payments between the banks of merchants and the card issuing banks or Credit unions of the purchasers who use the "MasterCard" brand debit and credit cards to make purchases.

Card Design is a specific process which helps the third party card manufacturers to design and manufacture cards on behalf of the banks following the specific instructions set by MasterCard.

The instructions includes what material used, what is the type of security involved in the card manufacturing(using chip on the card) total no of cards manufacturing for a given ICA etc.

IBM Well care is a Insurance project which provides the insurance solutions for the policies selected by the user based on the type of Coverage. This consists of 6 modules in which I am involved in two modules.The modules are ME(Medicare Enrollment),CTM(Complaint Tracking Module),LEP,NY,PC(Provider contract)etc.

WellCare Medicare Enrollment Process with other different form types such as Plan Change, Address Change, POA, Billing Issue, Disenrollment, etc. Processes aim to implement an imaging and workflow solution for enrolling members and processing other requests of members. The proposed solution will enable WellCare to automate the ‘Medicare Enrollment Process' along with other request from members.

The key objectives of the Process are:

1.To implement an image enabled Medicare enrollment process

2.To implement an image enabled different form type requests from members
