NBC Universal, Sprout - New York, NY - November 2014 to Present

• One of two digital team members to lead in the redesign, development and launch of the new sproutonline.com, to support Sprout’s Sept. 2015 brand refresh, transforming from a library network to a network comprised of original series’ and content.

• Responsible for leading, directing and executing several of Sprout’s digital initiatives, mandates and projects, from ideation to technical implementation, collaborating with stakeholders, designers and developers.

• I am responsible for responsible for developing the strategy and producing content to help raise Sprout’s presence and brand awareness, and creating, shooting and editing varying categories all online content.

• Manage Sprout's digital video library with Scheduling Dept., devise programming stunts on Sprout's TVE and VOD channels, and analyze video programming strategies to devise new and more effective techniques.

• I write video concepts, treatments and proposals for internal and external use.

• Obtain video from affiliates via FTP or satellite/fiber feeds and prepare video for the Edge’s content distribution system.

• Liaison between On-Air and Digital teams, I maintain excellence and consistency in content, performance and tone on-air every Monday-Friday during the live Sunny Side Up programming block, monitor email accounts for fresh, fantastic, and relevant Sproutlet submissions to be shared live, and work closely EP’s & Hosts to provide an interactive experience for our linear viewers.

• Plan, optimize, edit, and curate editorial & creative content across website and mobile application via Drupal and other CMS, and update daily while also supporting Stunts aligned with on-air initiatives.

• Ensure the successful tagging, tracking and delivery of a high volume of video, audio, imagery and other high-res/ 4K assets.

• Manage all artwork, user-experience, linear integration, and development aspects of Sproutonline.com–from backend adjustments, to drafting and designing user facing creative, to App and Web Game integration and developing innovative modules.

• Collaborate daily with NBC Artworks team and SSU artists to design and produce all creative for SO.COM, web games, apps, activities, UGC and digital ad banners–(static, Flash and HTML5)–and merchandise, for internal and external use.

• Contribute and collaborate in creation and consumption of open, standards-based solutions, while working with existing tech.

• Operate all media content modules for Sprout including thePlatform, Anvato and all integrated publishing sites

• Work together with the Brand & Ad Sales teams to cultivate and execute sponsorships and strategic partnership programs.

• Pool resources with Research team to improve & implement promo. strategies to optimize impressions, clicks and download.
