Identified and transitioned business and inventory to a more capable 3PL provider resulting in a more integrated and efficient that was able to handle the growth at that time and maintain 99% on time delivery and saved $350,000 in Logistics costs.

Achieved a distribution cost savings of $750,000 or 20% by negotiating new contracts, modifying product packaging to efficiently use space, and streamlining communications and transactions using electronic means; reduced freight export costs 28% saving $200,000 annually through effective negotiations and efficient container space management.

Instituted new policies and procedures designed to streamline operations by defining, implementing, and enforcing standard policies and procedures to effectively manage $15 million in inventory and support reporting requirements.
