Worked in the Barboursville, Wv office. Responsible for training, sales, staffing and marketing for the Kia and Suzuki line of vehicles. Also responsible for overseeing the finance department, sales meetings, inventory purchase & control and client retention. Worked closely with the General Manager to increase the overall sales by 200% in a 3 year span. Worked with national financial institutions to fund the purchases for consumers.
