I am a licensed Mechanical Engineer who underwent diversified training in the fields of Mechanical Engineering construction and design. I had quite an exposure to Construction Management as brought about by my work experience in Saudi Aramco Total Refinery Plant Project (SATORP) Saudi Arabia and Singapore.

DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES :
Coordinates and Review Preliminary Design and Construction drawings prepared by the Architects and Consultants.
Reporting to General Manager.
Study detailed Specification, Drawing, Scope of Work & Applicable standards.
Preparation of Construction Drawings ( Shop Drawings ) & Submittals.
Taking out BQ for preparation of Quotation.
Preparation of Work Schedule & Mobilization of technician team at site.
Review Tender documents & Construction document for the variation work order.
Estimation of tools & equipment, material and items to install as per Approved Drawings and Submittals.
Preparation of material submittal, Shop drawings, Method Statements.
Installation and commissioning of field devices like Thermostat, Valve actuators, Temperature controllers, Temperature sensors, Flow switch, Flow sensor, Differential pressure Sensor and and etc for the Building Management Systems.
Checking of builders work drawing for the wall and slab openings.
Installation of HVAC Equipments like Chillers, Pumps, AHU’s, PAHU’s, FCU’s, Fans associated with Chilled Water Pipes & Air Ducts.
Carry out inspections of equipments and material with consultants.
Checking the quality of workmanship in the installation of equipments, piping and ducting in the various stages to ensure that the work is completed with close-coordination of other services and with given standards.
Co-ordination with third party Testing & Commissioning contractor to the Air & Water balancing of all HVAC systems in entire project up to the level of Consultant approval.
Coordination with other MEP services & Civil Construction site.
Analyze problems occurring during equipment performance testing.
To prepare the material take-off needed for the installation of Chillers Plant room.
Coordinate with the sub-contractor to ensure smooth work flow for installation process.

DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES :
Coordinates with Main contractor for the new installation and obstruction at site.
To ensure that the detailed design drawing are approved by consultant before to do any installation works to minimized rejection.
To ensure that after installation of ACMV system to check the ceiling height requirement are complied.
Coordinate with designers, architect and owners representatives on pending work item issues
Reviews issued plans and prepare RFI’s (Request for Information) for every conflict/discrepancies between Architectural, Structural and M.E.P. Plans.
Prepare daily schedule for work installation at site jobs
Coordinates with workers and subcontractors
Provide and prepare various design documents such as HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection System and Piping Installation Details, layout for hook up for piping connection.
Facilitate design coordination between the vendor and engineering team
Make actual layout for equipment foundation.
Assist in fabrication team for the layout of piping and ducting works.
Supervised at site and ensure all work are as per standard requirement.

Creates SPIR in excel form for vendor template.
Using program E SPIR 2000 version 7 and Advisor program version 7.2.
Takes charge of the preparation of Spare Parts List Interchangeability Records (SPLIR or Shell E SPIR 2000) for every systems/subsystems
Coordinates with MIEC(Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering Contractor by SAIPEM) for approval of E-SPIR 2000.
Report weekly and monthly progress to PM.
Follow up to the vendor for the requirement of SPDP/E-SPIR for the review and prior to submit MIEC (Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering Contractor by SAIPEM)-Spare Parts Team for the Approval.
QA/QC ENGINEER:
FOR SPARE PARTS DATA PACKAGE (SPDP):
For the Spare Parts Data Package ( SPDP ) check and review first the spare parts before uploaded to the supplier and advisor program.
If there is some missing items for the spare part send it back to the vendor to incorporate all the missing spare parts item.
Prepare and check the supporting documentation for the Spare Parts Data Package (SPDP) before we send to the client.
After all the spare parts are uploaded in the Supplier and Advisor we will check if all data are correct and prepare ASCII File to send in the client together with the supporting document for the review and approval for the client.
FOR HVAC/PIPING:
During the construction time before we start the fabrication and installation at site we will prepare the Request For Information ( RFI ) to the client to inspection if it is approve or not.
Check the materials delivery and prepare to raise Request For Information (RFI ) to the client for the inspection.
Check the material if it is Hazardous or Non-Hazardous for the safety of people working at job site area. If the material is Hazardous we will prepare the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) that workers are know this material is dangerous.
Check the material and quantity as per delivery if it is as per standard requirement for the client.
Check the quality for the on going installation at job site area if it is as per standard requirement.
Check also the design for Issued For Construction if during the installation and erection are not following the standard.
Prepare hydro-test for Piping works.
