Project 1 : ASSEMBLING OF REVERSE GEAR MECHANISM IN TWOWHEELERS

Details : In India all the two wheelers bikes are runs in forward motion. We find a solution by assembling of reverse gearbox setup in two wheeler to run in backward motion. And we assemble clutch box is used to transmit power from engine to gearbox. The power transmitted to a gear box is connected with a shaft which is used to transmit the power to rear wheel for backward motion

Project 2 : AUTOMATIC COOLANT SYSTEM FOR LATHE

Details :

Generally the cooling system used in lathes are operated manually when required. So in order to reduce the man work we have designed a cooling system which operates automatically by the help of a temperature sensor called THERMISTOR.

INPLANT TRAINING :

Attended 4(four) days in-plant training at TRACTOR AND FIRM EQUIPMENT LIMITED at Madurai.

WORKSHOPS ATTENDED :

Attended one day workshop on NANO TECHNOLOGY AND SMART MATERIAL APPLICATION on 21 March 2011 at GCT COIMBATORE

Attended three days workshop on AUTOMOTIVE on 14-9-2012 To 16-9-2012 At VELLORE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY.
