Working exp: More than 2 years experience in projects & maintenance.

Presently Employed at Electrosteels steel ltd (Electrical and instrumentation) in 0.5 MTPA Non Recovery Coke vertical type Oven from August 2013 to present.

PROJECT AND MAINTENANCE

Maintenance of MCC panel Heavy oven machines like pusher cum charging car, Guide Car, Quenching Cars, Stamping set etc

Maintenance of 415 V LV panel like PCC, PDB, MCC and LV motor upto 162 KW.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Proximity sensors, Lever limit, ZSS, Thermocouples, RTD, safety switches of conveyors..

. Effective co-ordination with contractors and sub contractor

Manufacturing and Production

Working in Maintenance department of R.M.H.S consists of following

equipments.

Discussing and solving the complex problem with seniors,manufacturing department,sub contractors,suppliers and customers,

Making all maintenance report and reduce the fault.

Trouble Shooting and Resolving Break Down problems.

Planning of Preventive Maintenance Schedules (creative action and preventive action).

Working as an electrical maintenance in charge in all three shift by controlling manpower with minimum break down planning and scheduling.

Improve and reduce down time, increases efficiency and provide the maximum handling availability from electrical point of view.
