Abstract: To minimise the cracks fibre is to be used in appropriate proportion in the concrete mixture. There are different types of fibre .But a sample of two fibres is accounted in this experimental project. They are polypropylene and steel fibre. With concrete containing fibre, the strength of concrete was estimated, evaluating the mechanical properties of the hybrid fibre plain concrete.
