Sr. Staff Business Intelligence Analyst – Enterprise Data Warehouse IT 2012-2015

Performed business analysis, requirements gathering, data analysis, user training and UAT. Managed and prioritized customer reporting and analysis requests. Performed universe design work and reporting with SAP’s Business Object tools. Provided training and reporting support to business customers.

Key Accomplishments

Collaborated with Pricing department to incorporate critical pricing data into EDW to allow for automated reporting which was key to pricing negotiations for replacing a manual process that was prone to issues and errors. This new reporting resulted in better reliability, accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Accomplishments

Developed BOBJ report and Tableau dashboard that replaced time-consuming Excel spreadsheet reporting and provided more accurate and automated Plan vs. Actual reporting. These efforts resulted in significant savings in the time required to produce reporting, as well as reducing potential errors.

Participated on reporting team’s migration of the EDW community to Business Objects XI, Tableau Server and Oracle 11i. This seamless transition resulted in demonstrable efficiencies in reporting time and data accuracy for the Sales Operation teams.
