The applications are created to support the Trading Floor at Credit Suisse. The team is a part of Client connectivity Equity 1st and 2nd level support. Till now my major involvement has been with the End of day reports and Gobus application. After every day Close of Business, our EOD application generates client OMAN specific reports and consolidated reports depending on the client’s need. In the Gobus application, the FIX Gateway takes order information from the fix engine and via a message switch it routes orders to different Agoras via Agora Gateways. GCE interacts with the Agora Gateway and we have a SMD database and Gobus configuration database to interact with the Fix gateway.

It then groups the calls based upon those rules and presents the information to call center in terms of trouble events. Crew Callout is used to manage, dispatch and reorder crews on field duty.
