. In 2010, the store was designated a "target shrink store". By

educating the staff and closely monitoring operational procedures, the

store was no longer a high shrink store in 2011. Went from 1.97 to

.33 shrink; an 83% reduction .

. Promoted to turn around the company's flagship store in Atlanta. By

3rd qtr 2009, my East Cobb store was the 3rd highest volume store in

Atlanta. East Cobb had the lowest traffic count in Atlanta. Perimeter

should have been the largest volume store in Atlanta.

. Perimeter became the top volume store in Atlanta in the 4th qtr of

2009.

. Sales up 9% for the 2009 fiscal year. In the 4th qtr that I took over

the store, sales were up 18.7% to LY. Sales were up 25.4% to LY in

Feb. 2010; sales were up 31.6% to LY in March 2010.

. My results were achieved by hiring the right people and training and

coaching the staff to maximize their productivity.

Store Manager, East Cobb Marietta, GA September 2008-

September 2009

. Quickly turned around a store that had comped only one time in the

previous six months.

. Store was 93% to LY from 2/08-7/08; under my leadership, from 8/08-

1/09, sales increased 13% over LY despite traffic being down 8%.

. #1 store in Atlanta for percentage over LY for fiscal 2008.

. Double digit increase in all metrics:

o Conversion increased by 12% to 25.2%. #1 conversion in Atlanta

o UPT (units per transaction) increased by 11%
