Independent Excel VBA consulting, working for a wide variety of financial professionals and other Excel-literate customers who need help adding more sophisticated functionality to their applications or porting to new versions.. Some examples:

oProject: analysis of credit compliance and speed of paydowns by state.

oExcel Programming Techniques: VBA program that parses and analyses raw payment data to determine average time to loan paydown and percentages of aggregate paydowns by state. Reports in bar charts.

oProject: calculation of wins, losses and yield-to-date, as well as daily and monthly leveraged, cumulative and max. cumulative returns, incorporating draw downs.

I am the author of approximately 85% of the USB documentation in the WDK, including the entire section on USB Power, all the material dealing with the USB generic parent driver and USB interface collections. I also wrote the section on Secure Digital Card devices, and about 50% of the storage documentation, including all of the storage port driver documentation. In addition to my principal areas of responsibility, I made many contributions to the general Kernel documentation.

Development of version 3.1 of IBM's RISC/6000 AIX Operating System. Ported the X Display Manager (xdm) from X11.3 to X11.4.

Modification of AIX commands to make them conform to the Defense Intelligence Agency's C1 and B1 standards for secure operating systems and work on making X window managers compliant with DIA's Compartmented Mode Workstation Standard (CMW). Represented IBM at TSIG (Trusted Systems Interoperability Group), in the Secure X windows special interest group.
