Amazon Logistics (CCT): Stream lined project for Mobile & Web Application for Amazon logistic services (B2B, B2C, C2C). Provided Persona based concept design, created user mental modals and user journeys.
Amazon C3 (Mercury): Working on Real-time Monitoring tool, which will enables stakeholders to take critical decisions to work entire network smoothly. Worked on refining requirements for different users and provided solution for C3 Dashboard (Command and Control Centre).
Conducted user interview and user feedback sessions on prototype for C3 dashboard in United Kingdom and USA with more than 30 users (UK: Amazon Short Center (DHP1) and Amazon Fulfilment center (LNT2), USA: Seattle)

Mainframe Chorus (Product for Mainframe): Defining a new interaction paradigm for command line interface on thin client for Mainframe applications (worked along with Frog Design). I was involved in Needs Gathering, Needs Analysis, Information Architecture, Task Analysis, Task Flow & creating Wireframes and Visual Design.
CA Process Automation: CAPA enables you to design, deploy and administer the automation of manual, resource-intensive and often inconsistent IT operational procedures. Involved in to create Personas, User profiles, competitive analysis, use-cases, interaction design, wireframe and prototyping.
CA Mobile App (POC): Application to manage alerts, requests, approval and incident management, delivered through mobile devices. Application enables user to review, diagnose, approve/decline, time-log and closing incidents on the move, anywhere-anytime. Application has integration of three CA products - CA Service Catalog, CA Service Desk Manager and CA Clarity.
Access Request (Product for Cloud Computing): CA Access Request & User Management on Cloud & Premise provides solutions for implementation and on-going management of business users and the users’ privileges including access requests as well as enterprise compliance life cycle on cloud environment.
CA Executive Insight: CA Service Assurance Executive Dashboard (“dashboard”) provides visibility into Information Technology impact on key performance indicators (KPIs) through simple visual graphics such as gauges, charts and tables within a web browser. The Executive Insight delivers business knowledge of real-time and trend performance via personalized dashboards and reports that allow visualization and customization according to role and needs.

This system is used globally by all Sony group companies to record ESH data. The System was designed in three languages English, Japanese and Chinese.

This interface works in Ubiquitous Communicator which reads RFID from chips installed on roads for blind people so they can get information and listen directions and information about the place.
CRONOS, Encyclomedia, Tokyo, Japan: June 2002 – October 2004
CRONOS is an enterprise knowledge management software application, the project aimed at creating and managing information like history, place and person. The application provides user friendly tools like Cronos Data Set editors for creating such information, presentation editor for playing such compiled information and a 3D environment where user can visualize the user created information in a history time line matrix.
