Verification of the product with the standers, requirements and drawing for the quality and efficiency. Familiar with WPS, PQR, PQT, WQT etc

Visual inspection of welded joints before, during and after welding including Post Weld Heat Treatment and supervision of joint repair if required.

Coordination with the production and inspection teams for the smooth operation.

Coordination and assigning NDE personnel for performing in-process and final inspection using NDT methods according to client requirement.

Witnessing and conducting all types of inspection.

Review all test reports including NDT, daily welding report (DWR) and material records

Daily and monthly reports on the progress and technical assistance.

Inspection of piping prior to erection to verify the interior is clear of foreign materials. Edge preparation and fit-ups to verify that areas to be welded are free of contaminants.

Verify flow direction arrows on valves; also verify that the properly identified of valves are installed in accordance with the flow diagram, recalibration of PSV

Verification of the site for the safe and quality working environment.

Evaluation of test package contents, lines checking against drawing requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy of the system and rerouting (if required).

Review Hydro test package, NDE examination reports, weld summary, etc prior to hydro testing and Preliminary & final acceptance walks down of piping system.

Conducting pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup works of systems.

Conducting flushing, blowing’s, drying outs, leak test, hydro/pneumatic tests.

Witness final pressure tests, including verification of pressure gauges with adequate dial range and calibrated.

Alteration and red mark on the drawings as per the site condition.
