1.Maintaining coordination between all the units to upkeep the internal compliance data on regular basis.

2.Suggest higher management on various issues related to plant operation, maintenance and EHS and also to convince them for implementation.

3.Effort to maintain zero downtime of all the units for that chalking out and execute Preventive maintenance and Scheduled maintenance carried out at time to avoid break down maintenance.

4.Preparing safety budget and maintenance budget annually for smooth running of all the units.

5.Maintaining a good vendor management system to carry out the jobs smoothly.

6.Maintaining and updating statutory documentations as required time to time.

7.Liasoning with Governmental Authorities for licensing, inspection and various other related jobs for smooth progression of new projects and to comply for the existing projects.

8.Preparation and updation of Health Safety Policy, On site emergency plan and also its implementation.

9.Conducting Mock drills and record keeping of all the units.

10.Conducting internal safety audits by reshuffling location employees and carry out implemented points.

11.Keeping in touch with the consultants for smooth propagation of the projects.

Job Description-

As a Unit Head I had to look after overall plant operation like production, maintenance, safety, administration and customer relation.

Being classified as a MAH unit the safety part plays an important role where preventive maintenance of all fire fighting equipments, safety valves, annual and periodical testing of pressure vessels were conducted under my supervision as per guidelines of Department of explosives, Directorate of factories, WBPCB,& WBFES .

Preparation of MIS of the unit, keeping records of raw material inward and finished product despatch, monthly operating plan, monthly budgeting etc.

QUALIFICATION

A)Passed Diploma in Industrial Safety from DSSPE in the year 2008 scoring 1st class. (74.16%)

B)Passed B.tech in Mechanical Engineering from Meerut University in 2008 scoring 2nd class. (56.01%)

C)Passed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Kanyapur Polytechnic in 1999 scoring 1st class. (71.9%)
