GRADUATE WORK
My graduate work looked at how computerized medical information was first presented . I then worked to redesign the data format flow, so that data was presented in a clinical sequence familiar for medical and nursing interpretation.
In my master’s project, I worked with actual clinical cases to identify the stage of grief or adjustment that the cancer patient’s family member or significant other was at. I then compared this to the patient’s own stage of grief as outlined by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross.
