Working with the PW6000 Mechanical Systems, Industrial Planner for the Gearbox, Lube System and bearings.

Tracked over one hundred and sixty parts and assemblies. Used SAP for MRP analysis and reporting to the Program office, using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Position required visits to various suppliers and co-ordination using P & W purchasing groups. During assignment there was never any hardware that slipped MRP requirements.

F119 Flight Test Analyst March 2006 – June 2007

Worked with the Customer Service & Investigation Services. The F119 Flight Test Program, designed to test the

Reliability of the P&W F119 engine under the most adverse conditions.

Data collected was used by the USAF and P&W to modify or re-engineer existing parts to maximize engine performance.

Coordinated failed part replacement, repair, and return to service, this required extensive coordination with various vendors, P&W Engineers and the USAF in order to keep the aircraft flying.
