Project Profile : This project aims at designing and executing the advanced

Development in embedded systems for energy saving of street light with light depending resistor.

Project Summary :

LDRs or Light Dependent Resistors are very useful especially in light/dark sensor circuits.

Normally the resistance of an LDR is very high, something as high as 1000 000 ohms, but when they are illuminated with light resistance drops automatically.

The present system is like; the street light will be switched on in the evening before the sun sets and they are switched off the next day morning after there is sufficient light on the roads.
