Maintaining of the quality control systems for the Maintenance Department.
Establishing and implementing a full maintenance and preventive maintenance system for the maintenance department.
Ensure that repairs are carried out on time and competently.
Hands on solving of repairs.
Drive and manage the Maintenance Department in the installation of new machines and participate in commissioning there-of.
Control of foreign service orders and contracts.
Identify and investigate plant down times.
Budget planning and control.
Organizing and structuring the spare parts and control the inventory.
Optimizing of spare parts costs.
Safety of the repaired equipment.
Generating required reports for the top management.
Supervision of staff and ensure discipline.
Perform annual job appraisal.
Work on team motivation.
Establish training programs/modules.
Setting standards and times.
Establish benchmarking and key performance indicators (KPI).
Updating/maintaining of Maintenance Handbook.
