Presently working with Pipeline operation as a field Engineer at HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED (HPCL) Sanatalpur (Gujarat) Intermediate Pumping Station-MDPL through Aarvi Encon.
Responsibilities:
Handling of pumping operations at MDPL-SIPS station by ensuring safety of station’s equipment and pipeline with close coordinating with upstream and downstream stations
Handled Control Room all Shift activities and Operations.
Issuing/Receiving of permit (Hot work, cold work and JSA)
Updation of Control Room Operation, Maintenance, safety, Night patrolling, Right of use, interface tracking, Line walker reports etc.)
Monitoring of SCADA systems for smooth working of different parameters related to Pressure, Temperature & Flow etc.
Taking care of Operations through PLC System i.e. multi of product from MDPL line.
Handling PIG Launching & Receiving activities.
Prepare audit related documents for senior manager.
Managing safety and security of pipeline and ROU through GPS based STS tracking.

Handling of pumping operations at RBPL/RBhPL station by ensuring safety of station’s equipment and pipeline with close coordinating with upstream and downstream stations
