Created efficient running drives for the customer using AutoCAD 2008, SAP and AMAPS.

Responsibilities included, providing the customer with detailed electrical schematics, basic cabinet layouts and spare parts list. For manufacturing, provided detailed electrical schematics to wire from with correct wire gages marked on all wires and a complete bill of materials. Designed a detailed layout of the internal drive cabinet and door, where all the parts are located.

* Qualified to design a drive from a small wall mount to a three bay with no supervision.

* Maintained an average of 100% on time order release.

* Developed a new wire table program that shortened wire table marking by 70%.

the unit’s assembly.
