Scheduled patients for appointments and documented patient charts with EMR system, Office Ally. Worked under two Surgeons, five Physician Assistants, and one Nurse Practitioner.

The Medical Assisting program attempted to earn
Guinness World Record by taking the most blood
pressures. All 18 campuses were involved and although we did not break the world record of most blood
pressures taken within 8 hours, I still was able to gain more experience and feel confident in taking blood pressures.

Volunteered at the Emergency Food Bank where I
developed warehousing skills. I learned how to package, unpackage, transfer goods, store produce and products, and establish safety procedures. I also served the goods to those in need.
