Programmed 5-Axis Tooling and Production parts using CATIA V4 and V5, Vericut, MPTS and VMS generating Numerical Control programs for various composite and metals machining centers. Used probing for set ups and accuracy. Also preplanned for parts, proper locating, holding for machining centers. Completed over 7000 hours using CATIA V5 for N/C Programming. Received two weeks of official Green Belt training through Textron Six Sigma. Completed two Green Belt projects creating savings over $200,000 within the first year after utilizing the findings. Was awarded the best project of Bell Helicopter and Textron Top Gun Award for having the best Green Belt Project throughout all Textron companies.

Supported several Production areas to identify ways to reduce run time (Lean) by using

Continuous Improvement processes, adjusting NC Programs, and using new cutting tools.

Assisted Process Engineering to present proper documentation needed for official Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) reports for commercial and government customers.
