• A.E.S. Granbury L.L.C., Wolf Hollow Power Plant (NG)

• On March 7, 2002 the plant owner, A.E.S. Granbury L.L.C., fired NEPCO and Shaw Constructors Inc. and Stone & Webster, part of the Shaw Group, were brought in to complete the construction of the plant.

• I rebuilt the entire schedule and cost controls programs from scratch out of Excel Spreadsheets and Access Databases then transferred this data to the Primavera P3 Schedule I was re-creating from scratch.

• Updated P3 schedule on a daily basis with information provided from the field to a “Level 4” for detail and reported progress to management on a daily basis. Integrated spreadsheets and databases to schedule for daily updating. All activities were fully resource loaded.

• Attended multiple daily meetings for progress review with Field Supervision & Foremen as well as Project Management and Sub-contractors. Provided all reference materials for meetings.

• As required by problems encountered in the field and design changes, the schedule logic was changed multiple times and additional activities were added to the construction portion and to the commissioning portion of the schedule. 12/2001 - 3/2002 Vilinc Solutions, Inc./ NEPCO Granbury, TX. • Consultant on 750 MW 2x1 Combined Cycle (NG) Power Plant utilizing Primavera P3 software. Responsible for fixing the existing schedule and accurately portraying the delays to the contract as well as expanding the activity base and maintaining the schedule updates.

• Responsibilities included working with each of the 12 superintendents, 4 site engineers, 6 offsite engineers and home office personnel to define each sphere of influence and responsibility.

• Set up the format for the weekly reporting of progress in the field and in the design for ease of updating the schedule.

• Conducted site visits to verify the progress reporting and compared the daily reports and time card reports the progress as reported for schedule updates.

• Managed the weekly schedule meetings with appropriate personnel, imputed the information into P3 and reviewed the information with project executives.

• NEPCO was the construction arm of Enron and when Enron filed for bankruptcy in Dec-2001 NEPCO was given 90 days to Bond the completion of the project or be fired. NEPCO failed to Bond the project and was fired.

• Responsible for planning and tracking a Combined Cycle (Coal-Gasification) Power Plant via P3 all associated work on the Sitework contract for TECO Polk Power Station Unit1. Maintained on a daily basis all information from the field regarding progress and materials delivery. Created the weekly and monthly reports required for weekly and monthly meetings with owners and subcontractors. Sitework contract value $33,500,000.00

• Responsible for the creation and administrative oversight of the project schedule for the Civil contract for TECO Polk Power Station Unit1. Original contract value $12,400,000.00 +/- ending contract value $15,600,000.00 +/- in six months.

• Responsible for the planning and tracking via P3 all associated work on the Infrastructure Sitework contract at Universal Studios Island of Adventure. Project included Mass Excavation, Import Borrow, Underground Utilities

(sanitary sewer, storm water drainage, chilled water supply and return, industrial water, potable water, natural gas, electrical and communications conduits and wiring), Paved Roadways, Cast In Place Walls with and without formliners, Keystone Walls and Bridges.

• My responsibilities in scheduling included the tracking of the Procurement Process from Change Orders to completed installation and tracking of all associated costs and man-hours. Additional responsibilities included managing daily report used to track material installation and ultimately formatting and preparing the monthly progress payment request for Johnson Bros. as well as processing all subcontractor pay requests.

• My responsibilities included the maintenance of the computer network for a 10 person Microsoft Network and the documentation control program called Expedition by Primavera Systems. I set up the system and assisted in the maintenance and training of appropriate personnel, adjusted the program as needed and recreated the reports needed to control the flow of information.
