Project manager responsible for new Columbia University dormitory project. The project consisted of the integration of a new 20 story structure above and around and existing landmarked building. Designed and executed necessary underpinning, shoring and needle beams to support existing facades, prepared construction schedule and construction site phasing plans

Acting directly as office representative in client relations through preparation of monthly reports, monitoring affirmative action and prevailing wage compliance and weekly progress meetings

Directing and executing constructability studies and for School Construction Authority and construction management of three public high schools
