Sold the Ingenuus Software solution and provided handholding throughout the project. Worked with the customer to uncover their requirements; created their requirements document; helped with the configuration of the software and provided project management ensuring successful implementations.

Taking advantage of my business network, I landed a handful of contracts. About half of these contracts were sales efforts and half were marketing. Implemented a Sharepoint trial.

Prepared the sales force to move from legal into manufacturing space. I provided hands-on training and mentoring to the sales force to ensure their success. My efforts resulted in $200K new business within a previously untapped market
SILICON GRAPHICS, California 1996-1999
Manufacturing Solutions Marketing Manager – Data Management Focus
Created a solution that included hardware, software and services for manufacturers. Developed the new product introduction plan for the solution including: Marcom, Web Site Content, White papers, presentations, ROI analysis, sales guides, roll out plan, etc. Trained the sales force and rolled out the solution in the US and Europe. Provided consulting and project management for a $1.6M project.

Provided consulting services including analysis, design and project management implementing PLM solutions for customers in Silicon Valley including: Adaptec, Sun Microsystems, Cisco Systems, Applied Materials, among others. Each of these gigs yielded between $50k and $200k in consulting dollars.

As the first salesperson at Sherpa, learned how to successfully sell and implement solutions for my customers. I discovered that it was in my best interest to be very hands on after the sale to make sure my customers ended up with a successful implementation.
