McCormick & Company: The project included implementation of Service Request Catalog (SRC) for on-boarding and ordering system. SRC is a catalog of predefined IT services that enabled McCormick employees to request items & services, and track SLAs.

General Motors: The project was to provide unified front hub to users for ordering of items and services. Integrated 10 different user interfaces to provide single front end using Propel.

Fidelity: Upgraded HPSM application to ensure compatibility with systems currently used by Fidelity.

Proctor & Gamble : Achieved 20% reduction in cost of support by developing and implementing a support model for overseas team; and transitioning OVSD Support work to India.

IT Consultant/Senior Support Engineer (Level 3) (2001-2006)
