Vice President, Enterprise Solutions Implementation 2006–2015

Responsible for supporting the $1.5B project business for medical imaging in the USA including: site planning, design and construction services (DCS), network consulting; as well as the Siemens One Healthcare strategic alliance agreements comprised of long-term cross-sector contracts ranging from $50-$200M.

Responsible for a departments of 20-40 managers and 250-500 project managers, consultants, installation analysts and programmers. Increased staff productivity by 7%, while decreasing staff turnover by 50% over a two year period.

Increased SMS’ first productive use of strategic surround products by over 25% annually, increasing company software and service fee revenues; while reducing implementation cycle time and effort by 32.6% over a 2 year period.

Initiated and directed professional service and billing audit efforts that resulted in adding .36 EPS to the bottom line of the company (Shared Medical Systems, predecessor to Siemens Healthcare).
