Project 1:

Timesheets - Invoice Generation and Reporting Application (TIGAR) Mar 2011 – to present

Role: Analyst/Testing

Description: Employees will be required to fill in timesheets detailing the work done for the Client, and the number of hours or days worked in a given time period. Client manager or team leader will typically authorize the timesheet. The typical process involves employees completing timesheets, client manager approving them, logging of actual hours worked and based on contract terms and PO clients are invoiced the right amount at the right time.

Responsibilities:

• Analyst programmer and test lead in the complete SDLC of project.

• Co-ordinate with the business divisions (finance/admin/management) in prioritizing requirements, validating the process and requirements, defining releases, etc.

• Refining business requirements into software (functional, technical, and user) requirements, design and development of the User Interface screens.

• Prepare the process flow and document current and future state process flows, flow charts, report mockups, and business rules to support the software requirements phase.

• Prepare test plans, test scripts and develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements. Bi-directional requirements traceability.

Project 2:

Online Enrollment & Registration

Role: Analyst/Testing

Description: The “Online Enrollment & Registration” work stream includes the following:

Customer can enroll as an Account Center user by selecting a user name, password, specify the security questions/answers, and other user account attributes. This information will be stored into a user account or profile. After the user account has been created, the enrollment process will facilitate the registration of the first automotive account for the user account.

If the customer is an existing Account Center user, the customer can login to Account Center with their user name and password.

In the case when the customer forgets their user name or password, the customer will have two resolution paths - a self-serve mechanism and telephone call to support center.

Responsible for investigating software defects and interacting with developers to resolve technical issues. Documenting and tracking defects.

Worked closely with Developers to clarify/understand functionality, resolve issues and provided feedback to nail down the bugs.

Performed trouble shooting of the problems originating in the production, that involves taking a complex scenario that fails in the production and reduce the scenario to a less complex test that demonstrates the same failure.

Tested the UAT bug fixes before delivering to users.

Created Use-Cases, Sequence, collaboration and Class Diagrams to demonstrate software architecture and interaction of system components before prototyping used for requirement traceability
