Quality Specialist. Promoted into this position to process all nonconforming hardware from both internal and external customers, including initiating unplanned event rejection (UER), routing to appropriate organizations, monitoring flow, reporting status in weekly meetings, and ensuring that appropriate/responsible organizations state root cause and corrective action on UER's.
