Worked with outside agencies to develop and execute the new human remains transportation law which set up the contract for delivery of our Nation’s Fallen Heroes to their final resting place.

contracts at 30 locations. Developed plans, policies, and procedures for the repair of 8.5K vehicles/equipment valued

at $1.3B. Developed policy and guidance for field implementation of environmental and safety issues. Responsible for

overall management of cargo loading equipment at over 60 worldwide locations. Developed/refined methodology to

assign 18K transportation employees and 12K pieces of equipment to austere locations.

Integrated aerial port activities into headquarters standardization and evaluation program to ensure compliance.

Organized and developed a plan to transfer cargo operations to an alternate location after a natural disaster shut down the primary location. Reassigned employees and equipment to ensure no interruption to the customer.

Authored and developed modular employee assignment concept and coordinated with outside agencies for approval providing specialization and flexibility to austere locations when needed.

Curriculum Developer

Developed and Managed over 75 lesson plans of Military Studies/Profession of Arms curriculum in the areas of

levels of professional military education courses for USAF officers. Prepared, taught, evaluated, for over 200 hours

Developed/revised 20 Military Studies lectures and seminars for new curriculum which was vital to the College receiving an “Excellent” rating during a headquarter inspection.
