I have been working on drilling rigs since I graduated high school in 2008. As a rig hand I had many tasks including moving and operating heavy equipment, helping the driller with day to day tasks on and off the rig floor. As a rig hand I worked on a double pole service rig, rd20, and a Schramm 120 . In 2011 I became a driller on a speed star 185 and rd20 for Drillers LLC,later going to north east energy to drill on there Schramm 200, and took on full responsibility for the drill site and everyone on it. WORK EXPERIENCE

Driller

North East Energy - Shelocta, PA - February 2014 to Present Responsibilities

Responsible for the drilling of each well, rig up and rig down. Giving a to do list for rig hands on a day to day basis and helping them accomplish the tasks givin. Paper work including the IADC book, pason or totco and motor books. Making sure the rig and site are in clean and safe working conditions. When we are on down time such as cement time I do a walk around of location to make sure everything is in good working condition, including our 1170 and 1070 air packs, belts, fan hubs, safety guards oils and fluid's. I make sure the next step is ready to go like B.H.A, drill steel is on racks or racked back and in a pipe tally, poor boy, B.O.P, rams, well head, and flow line are clean and ready to be bolted on. Accomplishments

When I came to north east energy in 2014 the rig had many leaks and hadent been greased in a long time valve banks were leaking and the rig itself was dirty. I came up with a proper to do list for rig hands to clean and grease equipment and filled out work orders for mechanic's to come repair. To help keep the rig more clean we put the witch's hat in place around the drill steel. Air packs and pumps were checked for leaks and other hazard's everyday.

Driller

Drillers LLC - Bradford, PA - February 2011 to February 2014 Responsibilities

While working for Drillers LLC i started out as a rig hand and worked my way to become driller on the rd20 and speedstar 185. I was responsible for the drilling of each well, rig up and rig down. On the rd20 most of our work was in walkins glen New York, we drilled more than 100 holes to 2500 + feet for a massive LPG storage field. I drilled for the first ever core sample of the Marcellus shale in that area. Also while working on the speed star 185 I helped the tool pusher redesign and build the substructure so that we could fit the 2500 pound stack in the celler.

Rig hand

First class energy - Kittanning, PA - March 2010 to February 2011 Responsibilities

First class at the time had a Schramm 130 and an rd20, I helped work on the rd20 if the Schramm 130 went back to the shop for major repairs. On the Schramm my job was to take care of fueling all equipment and changing oils and fluid's. I ran the side wench, helped run caseing, and worked on the tugger wench on the drill steel trailer. When moving equipment on and off location I helped to spot in place or if needed move around with the D6 dozer. When the driller needed air to start drilling I was in charge of starting and stopping the 1170 air pack's, and hurricane boosters. We drilled into earth pits, I took care of the water level in the pit and killing the dust with an IR air jammer or trash pump.

Accomplishments

When the driller on either the Schramm 130 or rd20 needed a break from drilling I took over the control's for him and helped to drill the hole.

I had worked on an rd20. my job was to take care of fueling all equipment and changing oils and fluid's. I broke out on my first rig for Frontier Energy after graduating high school. My job was to run the power tongs, help run casing in and out of the hole, take care of the trash pumps for the earth pit, get pup joints, help open hole frac the well. Rig up or rig down the rig.
