Process rebalancing.

Data analysis, provided by Time Method Department, of the distribution of the process operations. For every workstation of the assembly line: how much workers there are, which operations they perform, how much Added Value and Non Added Value the activities they carry out have for the client, in how much time they are supposed to do it - cycle time - and in how much time they really perform the task – working time.

Identify the unbalance - difference between cycle time and working time - of every worker in every workstation as well as the qualitative losses. Detection of the gaps for improvement.

Study how the workers perform their duties, observing them directly in the workplace as well as checking their work description. Optimization of the workflow, re-order work operations and improve working method.
