Project: PeopleSoft HRMS 9.1 Production Support And Maintenance

Role: Sr. PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Developer/Analyst

Involved in the design, analysis, code and test in the maintenance and production support for PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM applications.

Resolved many production tickets related to HR, Benefits Admin, Payroll, Self-Service (ESS and MSS) of PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM by responding using Cherwell Service System.

Developed an App Engine program to extract the images of all the employees from the PeopleSoft database.
