Developed elementary concepts and integration in automotive exchanger. Designed prototypes (managing CAD technician after concept development), management of suppliers and budget for parts manufacturing (80% of parts manufactured by suppliers), assembled prototypes (mechanical and brazing operations), defined test benches and procedures for elementary concepts validations, performed prototypes characterization on test benches or vehicles (mechanical, electrical and, thermal tests), extensive researches for electronics and materials applications (energy recovery by electronic converter integrated in car, using MPPT algorithm).
