Worked as the Instrumentation Maintenance Technician for Crude and Vacuum Distillation Units, Naphtha Hydrotreater Unit, High Pressure Desulphurization and Low Pressure Desulphurization Units. Worked for the maintenance of various Smart Instruments, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Field instruments.

Calibration and re-ranging of smart transmitters/field instruments using 275 HART or BRAIN Terminals to reflect instrument datasheets values and ranges.

Wiring and Termination of field instruments from smart transmitters and sensors (temperature, pressure, level, flow), solenoid valves and actuators, control valves, etc.

Bench calibration of temperature elements, temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters, pressure gauges, and indicators.
