manufacturer's representatives.

IO DATA CENTERS

Project Manager/ Contruction Director Phoenix, AZ January 2008 - September 2014

2008 Procured contractors to build out 250,000 Sqf of blank warehouse space, into a traditional data floor space.

Job duties included reporting to owner and CEO on daily bases, of progress and schedule and mile stone dates.

Build out consisted of Ammonia Chiller Plant, SES with GPS and Generator back up, and MMR Room for

communication vendors. Office TI projects for signed customers, who requested on site office space. Facility up

grades to meet a 3 Tier Data Center.

2010/2011 - Worked with engineering in design and function of our launch of a free standing data module.

Procured contractors, to build out our designed and engineered data modules.

2011/2012 - Facilitate opening of a 25,000 sqf factory for production of power and data modules. Managed the

process, of insourcing the build out of data and power modules from a contractor base.

2012/2013 - Moved original factory back to corporate facility, to a much smaller square footage foot print. This

process was done, while still meeting customer delivery dates.

2013/2014 - Moved factory once again to another location, with still meeting factory deliver dates to customer,

and a new factory push-pull design.

Oversaw the build out of our first International Product and testing to Singapore, Singapore. This included

numerous travels to Singapore, to meet future contractors and oversee our data center floor plan design and

consistency. Worked closely in the logistics in packaging and care of our product for an oversea travel.

Once the modules were in Singapore. The team and I were onsite for inner city transportation and logistics of

placement in facility, completion of infrastructure, utility hook up to modules, testing and commissioning

Build out of a 20 million dollar free air design system to John Hopkins in Baltimore. John Hopkins Units

consisted of a factory build out, product set up for commissioning and customer witnessing. To tear down,

logistics to Baltimore, site placement and utility hook up.

These were some of the major mile stone projects that occurred simultaneously with our normal products that

were delivered to our in house data centers located Phoenix, Ohio, New Jersey, and London, this to also

include independent customers.
