Amdocs, Inc. (Contractor -AT&T Wireless) 08/2010 - 03/2015

Technical Project Management - Principle RF Engineer - 02-2011 through 03-2015 - Working closely with Program Management we created an outsourced organization of engineers that would work closely with AT&T’s RF microwave engineers and planners to ensure the microwave backhaul was properly documented and licensed according to FCC guidelines. We would determine if site was microwave compatible by identifying line of site utilizing Google Earth, Planet and Path Loss. I worked extensively with AT&T in writing the SOW (Statement of Work), staffing requirements, writing processes and training, change management for new technology, quality control, PO reconciliation, maintaining budget, and billing of services.

Project Management - PCN Coordinator - 08-2010 through 02-2011- AT&Ts Regulatory team and I identified all cellular sites in need of a physical audit and FCC negotiation to support network growth for 4G LTE. By directly managing the site audits and government relationships I was able to accomplish this ahead of schedule and under budget.

Insight Global (Contractor for T-Mobile USA) 05/2010 - 10/2011

RIP Project Manager - Telecom Analyst - Project Manager of all RIP activities, re-homes, and rebalancing of core network for Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI. Cut sheet preparation, coordinating activities with various groups within T-Mobile USA, troubleshooting, and maintaining Granite/Xng database.

Wicresoft (Contractor - Time Warner Telecom) 03/2010 - 07/2010

Project Manager of SONET Network - TWC tasked me with designing the Ethernet backhaul to the customer premise (Cell Site) for T Mobile and Verizon Wireless. Once ASR (Access Service Request) is received by Time Warner I would design the STS1 circuits in Granite/Xng Database and provide operations and the customer with DLR (Design Layout Report).

Axcent Networks, Inc (Contractor - AT&T Wireless) 11/2009 - 03/2010

Transport Optimization Project Manager - I was tasked with accessing MGWs (Media Gateways) RNCs (Radio Network Controllers), DACS (Digital Access Cross-Connect System) and RSPs to audit and identify any augments within the Transport Network to support 4G initiative. I led the coordination of these network changes with Operations teams, LECs, CLECs and IXcs for both LATA and IntraLATA circuits.

T-Mobile, Inc USA 06/2006 - 11/2009

Systems Network Engineer - I oversaw systems designs, utilization, and forecasting of the physical network for 2G GSM, 3G UMTS, and HSPA plus platforms. This included the development of migration plans via SEDs (Systems Engineering Documents) and MOPs (Method of Procedures) of core and transport networks to clearly define the task at hand.

Transport Engineer - Planning, designing, and forecasting the utilization of the transport network. I identified SONET facilities and access points utilizing LattisPro to obtain CFAs, and MRCs. Provide Circuit IDs, CLLI codes via CLONES, and other pertinent information to process orders and provide this to the provisioners. Engaging and negotiating with LEC, CLECs, and IXcs for services provided.

Glotel (Contractor - T-Mobile, Inc USA) 04/2005 - 06/2006

Transport Engineer - Project Manager - Leading an audit of 11 markets within the Central region of T-Mobile and capturing information obtained by physical audits (Equipment), LEC/CLEC inventory (Circuitry), and by logical data extracted from various network devices I worked closely with engineering team and market operations to resolve any discrepancies. After data was verified this team would begin uploading data into Granite/Xng data base for all physical and logical data.

Oxford Global Resources (Contractor - Verizon Wireless) 09/2004 - 03/2005

Equipment Engineer - Assisting in the re-home of Verizon Wireless core network to a new facility I used both physical and logical audits of their existing and their new infrastructure to document the network equipment, connectivity, and all existing circuitry into their database of records, Granite/Xng. Modeling og both present and future networks and circuitry.
