Duties: As a soldier in the US Army as well as the US Army Reserves; as an Active Duty Soldier, my primary duties were those of and Administrative Assistant in various offices: DISCOM, HQ and Administration. Some of my responsibilities were: Receptionist, greeting quest, civilian as well as military, secure a Secret Clarence due to the sensitivity of information handled. These responsibilities extended to the USA as well as Europe. As an Army Reservist in a School Unit, my clerical responsibilities continued and transferred to a Transportation Unit until and opening came in the documentation Platoon. In the Platoon, I worked as a Documentation Specialist, then moved on to become a documentation Supervisor of a squad of eight people. As a documentation Supervisor, I regained clerical responsibilities but on rail, air, land, and sea. This documentation included all cargo that was transported by any of the means listed above; this continued until my retirement in 1999.
