• Duties included running a three man crew and helping supervisor when out on location over all four crews.

• Built location batteries which started from scratch.

• Built firewall, set tanks, lay out joints from battery to separators, then from separators to well head.

• Hooked up stainless steel on separators that was needed also to the well head.

• Fixed leaks on leases which included joints leaking, ball valves busted open, check valves broken, and any other part on the well head that broke or separators.

• Responsibilities: I was responsible for the blending and manufacturing of finished products including; quality tests of finished products, proper documentation, packaging of finished products to either tank/tote/drum/pail, stocking finished product in the stock location, and maintaining awareness of environmental and health safety.

• I also coordinated the shipping and receiving of finished products and raw materials including; maintaining quality control and documentation of products received, understanding D.O.T. regulations for shipping products, and creating proper paperwork and load materials on the truck according to D.O.T. regulations.

• Responsible for the loading and unloading of trailers and chemicals. Train new plant operators on their job responsibilities, functions, procedures, and safety.

• Organized products and maintain the cleanliness of the facility and yard by keeping it free from dirt and debris. Acts as a primary link for communication between the plant operators and management and monitors inventory control measures.

• Participated in the on-call rotation for all after hour deliveries and receives additional compensation for on- call hours.

• Forklift certified and Hazwoper certified. Blended oil soluble and water soluble products such as foamers, corrosion inhibitors, defoamers, scale inhibitors, H2S scavengers.

• Managed over thirty bulk tanks every week. Loaded and unloaded incoming-outgoing products from raw materials to our own blended materials from another location.
