Duties include: Selling Ad Space in print and online for two provinces of BC and Ontario. My clientele primarily exists of Retirement, Home Care, Assisted Living, Long Term Care, Memory or Alzheimer Care, Hospice, Adult Day Services, and senior’s products and services etc.

CMS – Played a major role updating the content management system for the launching of the new website Canada-wide.

CRM- Updated the CRM on a daily basis; adding notes to client’s profile and ensuring the same information matches the website.

Responsibilities to sell ads to the Spectrum of Choice: Home Care, Retirement, Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s, Hospice, Long Term Care as well as products that are marketed for seniors.

Relationship building with the locations of the Advertisers of the Care Guide. To include online training and available support via email or phone contact.

Attended Trade Conferences association related with the ASCHA, BCSLA, ORCA, TIPS, London Business Expo, Health Fairs, and Council for London Seniors. Leisureworld Senior Care Corp - October 2004 – November 2010 - Markham, Ontario Director of Marketing:

To include; 26 Long Term Care, 1 Retirement Community and 1 Senior Independent Apartment Complex.

Primary premise is to maintain 97% plus occupancy.

Fosters cooperate relationships/partnerships with community based organizations and potential referral sources such as CCAC, LHINs, Discharge Planners and Social Workers, Retirement homes, Assisted Living, Senior Community Centres, Networking groups, doctor’s offices, etc.

Planned, organized and attended trade shows, health fairs and high profile symposiums providing continued branding for the organization.

Marketing and training all 28 Leisureworld communities in the Ontario region, including implementation of e-marketing, customer service, branding, communications and how to work as a team in a home setting.

Primary contact for all promotional and marketing incentives to include Nursing Week, Volunteer Week, Award Programs and standard promotional items need on an annual basis.

Liaised with our sister company Preferred Health Care Services through networking events and assisting in providing marketing tools for the Preferred Educators who played a major role in educating the Leisureworld employees.
