Project Description: Viridian group was required to separate distribution business (NIE) with Supply business (Power NI) to operate in deregulated markets of Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Project was time critical as supply was not allowed to operate in de-regulated market unless these businesses were separated. Distribution side of business was implemented in SAP ISU and supplier side of business was implemented using CC&B. Wipro was complete solution provider (Service Integrator) for this Enduring solution and was responsible for end to end implementation of all applications, functionality and infrastructure at both sides of business. Supplier side (Power NI) of project include upgrade of CIS for commercial customers (cc&b v1.5 to cc&b v.2.3.1) and migration of legacy CIS for domestic customer to cc&b v.2.3.1. MARC is a real-time warehouse management solution running on Unix/Windows platform built using Oracle-based technologies.
