Lead a team of up to 6 members in the provision of counsel on equal opportunity programs and compliance with EEO/AA regulations. Select, manage, coach, lead, and develop direct and indirect staff members. Provide targeted recommendations and strategies to HR and leadership in support of 100k+ employees.
