Roll Shop and Bearing Repair Manager (2014-2015)

Managed and directed 2 team leads, 57 production employees as well as all daily operational activities including production, quality, performance, scheduling, payroll and employee relations.

Lowered cost by saving on stock removal on grinding workroll and developed and implemented a program to mate workrolls and prevent grind mates within .002.
