ChenMed is striving to implement a new portal to quickly meet the needs of your Medicare Advantage customers. The goal of this portal project is to provide the necessary information at the point of care to improve Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) measures which will have a direct and positive impact on the quality of preventive and chronic disease care provided to ChenMed’s patients. This external facing portal will enable ChenMed physician groups to review a summary HEDIS star rating for their overall practice, a detailed view of rating by each HEDIS measure for their practice, and also a detailed view of HEDIS measures for an individual patient’s HEDIS measures scores.

Physicians will also be able to view and update the status and notification date of each patient’s HEDIS measure. The portal will also allow for a single test order form to be printed for use with the patient in order to schedule required tests or procedures. Providing this information at the point of care will allow physicians to address gaps in care. For example, it will show tests or procedures that have not been performed to date that are necessary on an individual patient basis

Project Description

LiquidWare Recorder leverages TAPI used by the ShoreTel System to automatically record calls. There are 4 services that comprise the LiquidWare Recorder:

LiquidWare Recorder Service: Handles the recording of calls via the Route Point on the ShoreTel System.

LiquidWare Archiver Service: Compresses recordings made by the Recorder Service and moves them to the permanent location.

LiquidWare User Manager Service: Manages all the TAPI Lines for the ShoreTel Users.

LiquidWare TAPI Logger Service: Logs all TAPI events to the Database. Used mainly for debugging purposes.

The LiquidWare User Manager will receive TAPI events and determine if the call is external and extension has been configured to record. The LiquidWare Recorder service will then record the call by accessing the media stream from the TAPIWAV driver via the Route Point. The recordings are queued into a temporary location and are stored in the native TAPIWAV format. The calls in queue can be seen in the web-based UI by the Administrator. Once a call has completed and the recording has finished, the LiquidWare Archiver will compress the file into WMA format and move it to the LiquidWare Data folder for permanent storage.
