Corporate Human Resource Operations Manager- Auburn Hills, MI [(NAO) North American Operations Corporate Headquarters (March 2008 – April 2011)]

-Work directly for the VP of HR with frequent interaction with the NAO President and

the two Directors of Manufacturing that report to him as well as the Plant Managers of our 12 NAO Manufacturing Plants.

-The NAO Corporate Headquarters has 200 professional staff employees. My

department provides services to all 12 US, Mexico, and Canada facilities as well as two

internal sales offices of Benteler owned companies (BST) Benteler Steel and Tube and (BME) Benteler Mechanical Engineering-Glass Division.

-Four Direct Reports and One Shared Report [2 Senior HR Generalist, HR Coordinator

with a specialty in Expats, (SHE) Safety, Health, Environmental Manager]. Shared

responsibility for the Compensation and Benefits Analyst.

- Oversee the recruiting, new hire orientation, FMLA, Workers Compensation and
