Although I have vast experience running a full desk and cycle in healthcare recruiting, I have been predominately helping on the employment candidate side. I have shown my clients how to master the skill of determining if a candidate is really serious about making a career move. I teach them how to spot red flags every time and train them to look for logic in the employment candidate's stated motivation. These things save my clients a great deal of time so they have no wasted effort.
